Job summary

Exyte is seeking a Lead VDC Coordinator to lead BIM development for large-scale multi-disciplinary projects. You will be the primary VDC contact, guiding the team to align with the BIM Execution Plan and provide model collaboration, automation, and management support on campus-wide projects.

You will manage VDC staff and resources, oversee Navisworks clash reports, coordinate design delivery, and ensure compliance with project BIM standards throughout instrumented model exchanges with internal

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Design; or 4 years equivalent VDC experience.
10+ years of experience as VDC Coordinator at an AEC/Engineering firm or CM firm on large-scale projects; overseeing other VDC staff.
5+ years in both Design and Construction VDC Coordination.

Responsibilities

Creates, maintains, and manages the BIM Execution Plan in collaboration with Design Manager and Discipline Managers.
Leads small to medium scale projects or portions of large-scale projects.
Oversees weekly BIM Coordination and Clash Detection meetings.
