Job summary

Brink’s U.S., a division of Brink’s, Incorporated, is seeking a Vault Supervisor to lead vault operations and ensure security and accuracy of cash and coin processing in an armed environment. You will supervise Vault staff, manage inventory, and enforce strict security procedures at the branch.

The ideal candidate is at least 21, with 3 years in vault or cash operations, and holds a firearms permit or can obtain one; a guard card or equivalent license is preferred. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in vault/cash/coin operations
• Must be 21 years or older
• Valid firearms permit or ability to obtain one
• Valid guard card or ability to obtain one

Responsibilities

• Provide first line supervision to Vault employees
• Oversee daily vault operations including inventory and branch/vault check in-out
• Coach and develop employees consistently
• Monitor and adjust performance of staff, machines and workflows
• Leverage systems and processes to drive quality and efficiency
• Secure inventories by enforcing security procedures
• Maintain quality customer service and communications with customers
• Ensure compliance with company policies and laws
• Balance transactions daily and respond to inquiries
• Assist management to meet branch goals
• Cross-train and perform other duties as assigned
