Job summary

Brink’s U.S. is seeking a Vault Supervisor to oversee vault operations, inventory, and branch workflow in an armed environment. This role requires strong leadership and strict adherence to security policies.

You will coach staff, ensure accurate recordkeeping and daily transaction balancing, and collaborate with management to meet branch goals. A firearms permit and guard card are required, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years operations experience in a vault, cash or coin processing environment.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• A valid firearms permit or ability to pass applicable firearms licensing.
• A valid guard card or ability to obtain a guard card or any other required licenses.

Responsibilities

• Provide first line supervision to Vault employees.
• Oversee daily vault operations including inventory management and branch/vault check in/out.
• Provide coaching and skill development to employees on a consistent basis.
• Monitor and adjust performance of staff, machines and workflows.
• Maintain secure inventories by enforcing controls and compliance with security procedures.
• Maintain accurate records, balance transactions daily, and ensure quality customer service.
