Qualifications

• Previous coaching experience at the high school, collegiate, or club level preferred.
• Strong knowledge of squash fundamentals, match strategy, and player development.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and motivate student-athletes.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Commitment to fostering a culture of respect, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
• Familiarity with interscholastic squash competition and governing bodies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee all aspects of the varsity squash program
• Develop and implement training, conditioning, and skill development plans
• Prepare student-athletes for practices, matches, and postseason competition
• Promote high standards of conduct, accountability, and team culture
• Ensure compliance with all school, league, and governing body regulations
• Collaborate with the Athletic Director, coaches, faculty, and staff to support departmental goals
• Monitor and support the academic progress and personal development of student-athletes
• Assist in program evaluation, development, and long-term planning
• Foster positive relationships with students, families, and the school community
