Job summary

Georgetown University is seeking a TEMP head women’s squash coach to recruit and retain student-athletes, supervise practices and competitions, and oversee all aspects of the program within NCAA/CSA guidelines.

The role includes game preparation, practice planning, individual skills training, video sessions, scouting, scheduling, and coordinating strength and conditioning, while monitoring student‑athlete academics and welfare.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Three years minimum of experience related to duties specified, preferably at college/university varsity level.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and retain varsity student athletes and supervise coaching activities.
• Plan and oversee practices, game preparation, and scouting.
• Coordinate scheduling, video sessions, and strength/fitness programs.
• Monitor academic performance and student-athlete welfare.
