Job summary

Sylvania is seeking a dedicated Girls’ Varsity Head Coach for Soccer. The coach will work closely with the team to enhance individual and team performance while ensuring a safe and positive environment for all athletes.

This role involves instructing athletes on fundamentals and strategies necessary for success and assisting with administrative tasks required by the Head Coach. Candidates with knowledge and previous coaching experience in soccer are preferred.

Qualifications

• MPCS staff preferred.
• Knowledge and background in assigned sport.
• Previous coaching experience in assigned sport is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Instruct athletes in fundamentals and strategies.
• Ensure a safe environment for all participants.
• Assist Head Coach with maintaining performance records.
