Qualifications

• Previous coaching and/or playing experience in baseball.
• Strong knowledge of baseball fundamentals, strategy, player development, and game management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all aspects of the varsity baseball program.
• Establish and maintain a positive, competitive, and team-first culture aligned with the mission of North Middlesex Athletics.
• Promote sportsmanship, accountability, leadership, discipline, and respect both on and off the field.
• Serve as a mentor and positive role model for student-athletes.
• Develop and communicate a clear vision for the future growth and success of the baseball program.
