Job summary

Hollywood Casino at Greektown in Detroit, MI is seeking a Valet Attendant to ensure the efficient operation of the Valet areas on assigned shifts. You will cover shifts when needed, coordinate the Parking/Valet Team, enforce procedures, and handle guest/vehicle data entry.

Responsibilities include coordinating shifts, training new staff, controlling traffic, and assisting with shuttle runs as assigned. Must meet physical demands and possess a Michigan driver’s license.

Responsible for the efficient operation of the Valet areas on assigned shift. Ability to Cover shift if needed. Essential Functions – Coordinates activities of Parking/Valet Team on assigned shift – Supports and enforces established procedures – Surveys all Valet areas and obtains appropriate supplies for shift – Responsible for traffic control and the issuing of valet tickets to guests – Train new team members (All Attendants) – Enters guest/vehicle information into the system – Make sure ticket is filled out completely – Notifies management for any challenges – May work in a gaming‑related system – Checks uniforms and appearance – Assist in activities of Valet Driver, Dispatcher, Lane Attendant, Front Doormen (Bellmen), Lockouts, vehicle jumps and complete Shuttle Runs as assigned – Other duties as assigned by management
