Cisco Systems, Inc. in Milpitas, CA, is seeking a Lead UX Researcher to define and track UX success metrics across flagship platform journeys.

You will partner with Product Management, Design, Data Science, and Engineering to translate questions into robust measurement plans and translate data into action. The role emphasizes quantitative and qualitative UX research, leveraging AI to augment insights, and guiding cross-functional teams to improve Cisco Cloud Control and related AI-powered

Qualifications

7+ years leading end-to-end quantitative and qualitative UX research in discovery, planning, recruitment, execution, synthesis and analysis.
Experience partnering with product, design, data science and engineering to define success measures and measurement plans.
Experience with surveys (SUS CSAT NPS SEQ), benchmarking and multivariate testing.
Experience with user interviews, moderated/unmoderated usability testing, journey mapping and concept evaluations.
Ability to apply AI to augment and accelerate research craft.

Responsabilités

Define and track key UX success metrics across priority platform journeys with cross‑functional partners.
Build and maintain measurement plans, aligning stakeholders on what is measured and why.
Baseline journey quality and track over time; communicate findings in actionable terms.
Identify where signals are inconclusive and scope qualitative research to explain the 'why'.
Design, run and analyze quantitative studies and qualitative studies across large user bases.
