Zusammenfassung

Cisco is seeking a Lead UX Researcher to join the AI Software & Platform Team, shaping user experiences across Cisco Cloud Control, AI Canvas, Studio and Marketplace. You will drive a deep understanding of users to influence product decisions and define measurable UX success across priority journeys.

You will collaborate with Product, Design, Data Science and Engineering to build measurement plans, baseline journey quality, and communicate insights.

Qualifikationen

Bachelors + 8 years of related experience, or Masters + 6 years, or PhD + 3 years.
7+ years leading end-to-end UX research (discovery, planning, recruitment, execution, synthesis, analysis, presentation).
Experience partnering with Product, Design, Data Science and Engineering to define success measures.
Experience using SUS/CSAT/NPS/SEQ, statistical analysis and benchmarking.
Experience with qualitative research and AI applications in research.

Aufgaben

Define and track UX success metrics with cross-functional teams.
Build and maintain measurement plans; align partners on what’s measured and how success is defined.
Baseline platform journey quality and track over time.
Analyze and communicate quantitative findings to partners in actionable terms.
Identify inconclusive or surprising signals and scope qualitative research to explain the 'why'.
Work across business units to connect measurement findings across the platform.
Design, execute, and analyze quantitative studies and qualitative studies.
