Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of related experience, or Master's degree with 4+ years of related experience.
• Background in Human Resources, Organizational Development, product/UX strategy, leadership development, or a related field.
• Strong ability to operate in ambiguity and shift-left to create structure.
• Demonstrable experience applying design thinking and product management principles to internal organizational challenges.
• Strong understanding of modern, AI-integrated digital learning platforms.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and research tools (e.g., Figma for prototyping) and project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Airtable, ServiceNow).
• Proven track record to drive decisions across cross-functional teams and articulate design rationale.
• Expertise in scoping, sequencing, road mapping, and metrics-tied outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design the Leader Journey by identifying inflection points and translating them into product requirements and roadmaps.
• Architect AI-augmented enablement by integrating AI tools into the leader experience.
• Bridge strategy and execution between Cisco leadership expectations and digital experiences.
• Design personalized development flows from qualitative and quantitative data.
• Prototype low-fidelity user flows in Figma and Miro to simplify complex information.
• Advocate for user-centered development across the P&C organization.
• Measure impact and iterate by establishing metrics and refining backlogs.
