Qualifications

• Proficiency applying both qualitative and quantitative methods with emphasis on quantitative.
• Self-driven and able to work with cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and oral communication to influence product partners.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key US research partner for the Capcut team.
• Define the research agenda with stakeholders to align with customer needs.
• Deepen understanding with cross-functional leaders to support data-driven decisions.
• Synthesize findings into actionable insights for stakeholders.
