U.S. Bank seeks a seasoned UX Researcher to support Business Banking digital initiatives, partnering across product, design and strategy teams to inform decisions and drive meaningful outcomes for business clients and employees.

The role focuses on discovery, problem framing, and insight generation in complex environments, aiming to connect client needs with organizational priorities and ensure insights become action across product development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in UX, design research, psychology or a related field.
• Six to eight years of UX design research experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX research and discovery efforts aligned to business and product objectives.
• Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define problems and guide decisions.
• Drive UX research strategy across multiple products and initiatives, aligning with business priorities and client needs.
• Translate findings into clear, actionable insights that inform product direction and strategy.
• Present insights in a structured, outcome-oriented way for technical and non-technical audiences.
