Job summary

Leidos in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Human-Centered Design (HCD) Lead, UI/UX Researcher to guide usability research for CMS CRM modernization. You will lead interviews, workshops, and usability testing to ensure CSR, supervisor, and CMS stakeholder needs are reflected in the design.

Responsibilities include creating personas and journey maps, developing prototypes, and translating findings into prioritized backlog items for Agile delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6–8 years in UX research and design.
• 4+ years of user-centered design experience.
• 3+ years conducting formative usability tests and user research.

Responsibilities

• Lead HCD activities across the CRM modernization lifecycle.
• Gather input from CMS stakeholders through interviews and workshops.
• Create personas, journey maps, and scenarios for CSR interactions.
• Develop and refine screen prototypes for stakeholder validation.
• Document requirements and acceptance criteria for Agile stories.
• Present research findings to CMS stakeholders and Leidos leadership.
