Job summary

Leidos in Baltimore, Maryland is seeking a Product Manager to own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for CMS's AI-enabled, cloud-native contact center CRM modernization.

You will partner with CMS product owners and CSRs, lead discovery sessions, define acceptance criteria, and guide agile teams through PI planning and sprint reviews while ensuring 508 accessibility and FedRAMP considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 10–12 years of experience as a Product/Functional Manager.
• Certified SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) with minimum 5 years' experience as a Product Manager.
• Experience defining and managing product roadmaps, backlogs, and release plans in an Agile/SAFe environment.
• Experience translating complex requirements into user stories with clear acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Own product vision, roadmap, and backlog for the CRM modernization.
• Translate CMS objectives into actionable, prioritized work for Agile teams.
• Lead discovery sessions, design reviews, and Human-Centered Design workshops.
• Develop prototypes, mock-ups, and journey maps for stakeholder validation.
• Guide AI Feature Roadmap prioritization and sprint planning alignment.
• Collaborate with engineers and CMS stakeholders to ensure backlog alignment.
