Job summary

Bask Health is seeking a User Experience (UX) Engineer/Designer to rework the current user interface for a more intuitive and aesthetically appealing experience. You will work directly with the CEO, Director of Design, and a remote team to design a powerful, user-friendly telehealth software backbone.

You will conduct user research, collaborate with cross-functional teams, create wireframes and prototypes, test usability, and ensure designs align with Bask Health branding as the product evolves.

Qualifications

• Portfolio of UX projects demonstrating end-to-end design work.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design, usability, and accessibility principles.
• Ability to balance user experience improvements with technical feasibility in collaboration with engineers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough user research to understand target users, needs, pain points, and preferences.
• Collaborate with software developers, product managers, and stakeholders to align design strategies.
• Design and create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to illustrate interface concepts and interactions.
• Evaluate current UI and identify areas for improvement, proposing usable solutions.
• Streamline complex workflows and information architecture for a simpler user experience.
• Ensure the new design aligns with Bask Health brand identity and guidelines.
• Conduct usability testing sessions and iterate based on feedback.
• Stay updated on the latest UX trends and best practices to enhance the software.
