Eliassen Group is seeking a Lead UX Designer to drive provider-facing experiences for prescription CGM products. You will translate glucose data into actionable workflows, mentor designers, and collaborate across regulatory and research teams in a regulated, fast-paced environment.

This is a remote W2 contract role with a pay rate of $60.00 to $70.00 per hour. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k with company matching, and life insurance for eligible consultants.

Competenze

• 6+ years of UX design with senior/lead responsibility on complex digital health or regulated products.
• Provider-facing healthcare UX experience with healthcare professionals and clinical workflows.
• End-to-end product design from problem framing to approvals and documentation.
• Strong portfolio showing health data translation into actionable experiences; proficiency in Figma.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end design for healthcare provider experiences across CGM products.
• Develop provider workflows including onboarding, data review, and decision support.
• Translate glucose data into clear provider experiences to support clinical decisions.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Research, Human Factors, Regulatory, and Legal.
• Plan and support provider research, usability testing, and Human Factors activities.
• Mentor designers and foster a culture of design excellence.
