Job summary

DivIHN Integration Inc seeks a Lead UX Designer to drive end-to-end experiences for prescription CGM products. You will work remotely with cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Research, Regulatory, Quality, Medical Affairs, and Legal to deliver patient- and provider-focused design solutions that support safe clinical decision-making.

Qualifications

Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX design process including clinical problem framing, workflow mapping, data visualization, interaction design, usability testing, and design rationale.
6+ years of UX or product design experience in healthcare or regulated products.
Bachelor's degree in HCI, Interaction Design, Product Design, or related field.
Experience designing mobile app experiences on iOS/Android with accessibility in mind.
Proficient with modern design tools like Figma; familiar with design systems and AI-enabled design workflows is a plus.
Experience with regulated medical device software, prescription digital health, and clinical risk controls is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design for healthcare provider experiences across prescription CGM products, from problem framing to delivery.
Understand provider workflows including patient onboarding, data review, clinical follow-up, and decision support.
Translate CGM data, trends, alerts, and system states into clear provider experiences.
Partner with Product, Engineering, Research, Human Factors, Regulatory, Quality, Medical Affairs, and Legal on requirements and approvals.
Plan and support provider research, usability testing, and Human Factors activities; synthesize findings into design direction and mitigations.
Facilitate workshops and present recommendations to cross-functional teams and leadership, communicating problem, evidence, and next steps.
Mentor designers and foster a culture of design excellence and continuous improvement.
Lead presentations to cross-functional teams and management, communicating opportunities and design rationale.
