Remote Lead UX Designer role for provider-facing CGM products, focusing on end-to-end design, workflow mapping, and high-fidelity artifacts. Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Research, Human Factors, Regulatory, Quality, Medical Affairs, and Legal to drive safe, compliant design decisions.

The position is a contract/W2 opportunity in the United States with a comprehensive benefits package and handling.

Competenze

6+ years of UX or product design experience with senior/lead responsibility in regulated digital health products.
Provider-facing healthcare UX experience and clinical workflow design.
Strong portfolio translating health data into actionable experiences; proficiency in Figma and accessibility knowledge.

Mansioni

Lead end-to-end design for provider experiences across CGM products from problem framing to high-fidelity design and approvals.
Understand provider workflows including onboarding, data review, and care coordination.
Translate glucose data into clear provider experiences to support clinical decisions.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Research, Human Factors, Regulatory, Quality, Medical Affairs, and Legal to define needs, feasibility, risk controls, and approvals.
Plan and support provider research and usability testing; synthesize findings into design direction and mitigations.
Facilitate workshops and present recommendations to cross-functional teams and leadership.
Mentor designers and contribute to a culture of design excellence.
