Qualifications

• Degree in human-computer interaction, design, psychology, software engineering, or related field, or relevant experience.
• 5+ years experience designing software and digital product experiences.
• 3+ years experience in business and design software (Adobe Suite, Figma, Microsoft Office).
• Willingness to travel up to 25% internationally and domestically.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX execution for Boyd Thermal products across the portfolio.
• Plan and conduct user research with customers, engineers, and partners to understand data center decisions and needs.
• Design low/high fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and UI.
• Scope projects, plan, and review work with stakeholders and team.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to design system growth.
