Position Title: Experience Designer Lead

Location: Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH, Dallas, TX and Philadelphia, PA

Locations By Preference: 1. Most Preferred – Pittsburgh 2. Second Preferred – Philadelphia, PA

Work Arrangement: Hybrid, 3 days in office, 2 remotes

Acceptable Time Zone(S): EST - (Flexible if located in hub outside of EST.)?

Schedule: M-F 8-5 EST

Duration: 6 months to hire

Contract to hire W2

Function Of the Group: Mitigating Risk/Generating Revenue/Cost Reduction

Initiatives/Projects:

Backfill of a critical Experience Designer to maintain continuity of feature delivery across digital channels and avoid delays in active initiatives Provides dedicated support to align business requirements, stakeholder needs, and engineering execution, ensuring development-ready design solutions Enables clear communication of design decisions and rationale to leadership, supporting timely decision-making and reducing rework across teams

Interview Process: Initial interview (30 min call) with hiring manager to talk about the open role and team dynamic. Answer any questions relating to this role on the team or at client.

Second interview (1 hour) with design team to share portfolio and discussing how projects work at Client.
