Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in graphic design or related field; higher-level degrees may substitute.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high‑level design projects and innovation.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat.

In the absence of a degree, a minimum of 10 years of related experience is required.* Higher level relevant degree may substitute for experience.* Extensive experience with graphics design application programs and Microsoft Office Suite.* Advanced Skills in Adobe Creative Cloud Software, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat.* Ability to work successfully in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment.* Strong portfolio showcasing high-level design projects and innovation.* **Ability to obtain/maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required.** **Qualifications We Prefer:*** Experience with software application programs such as, SolidWorks, 3DS Max, The Foundry Modo, Zbrush, Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Filezilla, Wordpress tools, and Google Apps.* Exposure to web and print design, video/audio editing, 2D and/or 3D animation.* Understanding of 3D printing software such as Autodesk Mesh Fusion, 3DS Z Edit Pro, Autodesk NetFabb, or Google Sketchup.* Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry. **Essential Functions:*** Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for extended periods.* Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.* Regular use of hand/finger dexterity for designing and typing.* Ability to travel as needed.* Capability to work in an office or hybrid environment.This posting will be open for application for a minimum of 5 days and may be extended based on business needs.Estimated Starting Salary Range: $124,771.42 - $171,560.71.
