  5. Advocate for and implement inclusive user-centered design principles across all projects.
  6. Present strategic design recommendations and rationale to stakeholders at all levels.
  7. Contribute to the evolution of our design standards, processes, and overall design strategy.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field, with 10+ years of proven experience in UX design for digital products.
  • A compelling portfolio that demonstrates end-to-end design processes—from concept to execution—with strong problem-solving narratives and measurable impact.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Proven ability to develop detailed user flows, journey maps, and design specifications that drive strategic decision-making.
  • Experience leading usability testing and integrating design research methodologies to optimize user experiences.
  • A proactive, innovative mindset with a passion for pushing design boundaries and elevating team performance.
