About the job: Lead UI/UX Designer | Remote

We are seeking a talented Lead UI/UX Designer with extensive experience in designing engaging UI for self-service B2B SaaS web portals and mobile apps, preferably within artificial intelligence, computer vision, or deeptech domains.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating delightful UX for similar platforms, with experience in workflow builders, data dashboards, data analytics displays, and drag-and-drop UI components. Prior work on streaming applications and designing for a global user base (US/EU/International) is preferred.

Key skills include familiarity with iterative design processes, sprint methodologies from concept to handover, and the ability to generate UX audits and wireframes of high quality within project timelines.

Skillsets:

1. Strong problem-solving and structured logical thinking skills.
2. Intermediate UI design skills, including the ability to develop effective design systems for lean development.
3. Intermediate UX design skills, with knowledge of human-centered design, heuristics, and design principles.
4. Prototyping and wireframing expertise.
5. Intermediate branding and visual design skills are preferred.
6. Ability to leverage data for informed design decisions, including usability and concept testing.
