Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end design of Quick's desktop app and set design standards.
  • Design integration of email, calendars, documents, chat, and data across surfaces.
  • Create agentic surfaces for background tasks and autonomous actions with trust.
  • Define information architecture to move users across conversations, files, and tasks.
  • Lead for power users, balancing depth with cohesive AI interaction.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Platform to ensure seamless experiences.
  • Set desktop design standards across Quick and mentor other designers.
  • Act as design authority bridging desktop, web, and mobile.
