Job summary

ArborWorks, LLC in Prescott Valley, AZ, is seeking a Foreperson for Utility Vegetation Management to lead a single field crew and direct daily operations for utility line clearance. You will ensure safe, efficient work and maintain quality and production standards.

The role requires a high school diploma, 12 months of vegetation management experience, and strong leadership and communication skills. Travel within the service area is expected, outdoors work, CDL preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 12 months of utility line clearance or vegetation management experience.
• Prior lead or crew leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Crew Leadership & Job Site Oversight: lead a single field crew and coordinate tasks.
• Field Operations & Work Execution: perform vegetation management including trimming and rigging.
• Safety & Regulatory Compliance: enforce OSHA/ANSI safety standards and PPE use.
• Equipment, Vehicles & Asset Accountability: inspect and maintain tools and vehicles.
• Quality, Documentation & Communication: ensure work meets specs and document daily records.
