Job summary

ArborWorks, LLC in Prescott Valley, AZ, seeks a Foreperson for Utility Vegetation Management. You will lead a crew, direct daily field operations, and ensure safety, compliance, and quality in vegetation clearance for utilities.

Applicants should have 12+ months of VMA experience, a valid driver's license (CDL preferred), and strong leadership and communication skills for on-site safety and customer interaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 12 months of utility line clearance or vegetation management experience.
• Experience in lead or crew leadership roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct a single field crew in vegetation management work.
• Assign tasks, coordinate activities, and monitor progress.
• Provide on‑the‑job instruction and ensure safety and quality.
• Maintain accountability for crew conduct and attendance.
• Communicate with customers, inspectors, and utility reps on site.
