Davey Tree Surgery Co. in Cuyahoga Falls, OH is seeking an experienced Line Clearance Crew Foreman/Foreperson. Lead a 2-5 person crew to prune and remove trees for utilities, ensuring safety and quality.

CDL holder and climbing experience preferred, with on-site training provided. The role is full-time, on-site in Ohio, with competitive hourly pay starting at $22.00 and a comprehensive benefits package available from day one.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Line clearance experience or related tree work preferred.
• Preferred: CDL-Class A or B with Air Brake Endorsement or willing to obtain.
• ISA/TCIA certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 2-5 person tree crew performing pruning and removal for utilities.
• Prune treetops and remove damaged limbs.
• Inspect job sites and plan tasks safely.
• Maintain and operate tools and equipment (chainsaws, chippers, lifts).
• Mentor and train new employees.
