Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 6+ years in utility operations or related field.
• Experience in GMP environments.
• Experience leading, supervising, or managing others.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily utility system operations (compressed gases, cooling, steam, chillers, HVAC, boilers, fire alarms).
• Supervise a team of utility operators and provide training and development.
• Troubleshoot utility system issues while maintaining safety and compliance.
• Perform inspections and implement energy-saving measures to cut costs and environmental impact.
• Respond to equipment failures or emergencies to ensure continuous operations.
