Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of maintenance experience in DP/DSM operations or related field.
• Experience leading/supervising a team.
• GMP environment experience.
• Experience with PM programs and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of maintenance technicians in DP/DSM operations, fostering continuous learning.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and repairs on DP/DSM equipment.
• Troubleshoot DP/DSM system issues and coordinate timely repairs.
• Perform inspections and identify cost-saving improvements.
• Respond to equipment failures and emergencies to minimize downtime.
• Maintain GMP and OSHA compliance and update SOPs as needed.
• Maintain maintenance records, work orders, and reports.
• Participate in cross-department meetings and process improvements.
• Support on-call emergencies and after-hours work.
