Job summary

Hri,-Inc. is seeking a Construction Supervisor to oversee craft employees in a Utilities discipline under direct supervision.

This hourly, non-exempt role requires planning, scheduling, and effective supervision to ensure safety and quality on the project. The candidate will collaborate with the Project Superintendent to interpret plans, meet specifications, and manage productivity while maintaining positive relations with customers and the public.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Must have basic math skills
• Must successfully complete PennDOT Flagger Training Course
• Must be CPR and first aid trained
• Must obtain and maintain all mandatory training

Responsibilities

• Supervise assigned crew to ensure tasks are safely and productively completed with high quality
• Plan work schedules and manpower, materials, trucking and equipment needs
• Monitor performance and productivity to maintain project rules and safety
• Advise management of potential problems and assist in resolution
• Promote positive public relations and safe working environment
• Ensure proper operation and maintenance of company equipment
• Coordinate with Project Superintendent to meet specifications and production pace
