Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager with documentation, layout, and scheduling.
• Monitor project scope and communicate changes to Project Manager.
• Enforce safety protocols and inspect excavation areas.
• Coordinate equipment and material deliveries for efficiency.
• Conduct regular briefings with field crews on tasks and expectations.
• Ensure proper return and condition of tools and equipment post-project.
• Monitor project scope and communicate changes to Project Manager.
• Maintain quality standards and adherence to schedules.
• Provide accurate progress prints, as-builts, and photos via Field View.
• Oversee multiple job sites simultaneously.
• Conduct site walks with Project Manager and clients for updates.
• Enforce safety protocols, inspect excavation areas, and monitor hazardous material storage.
• Ensure foremen submit trench logs, safety sheets, and time entries daily.
• Communicate updates from operations meetings to field teams.

• Conduct regular briefings with field crews on tasks and expectations.
• Ensure proper return and condition of tools and equipment post-project.
• Monitor project scope and communicate changes to Project Manager.
• Maintain quality standards and adherence to schedules.
