Job summary

Dibble seeks a Project Manager for our Utilities team in Phoenix, AZ. You will oversee the full lifecycle of water and wastewater infrastructure projects, leading multidisciplinary teams and ensuring client satisfaction.

This role emphasizes budgeting, scheduling, and quality control, with opportunities for mentorship and future leadership within the firm. Required are a Civil Engineering degree, 10+ years of relevant experience, and a AZ PE license (or ability to obtain within 6 months).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.S. required).
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience preferred.
• At least 3 years of direct project management experience.
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in Arizona or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Valid Arizona driver's license or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle of utility infrastructure projects.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and mentor staff.
• Manage budgets and schedules.
• Coordinate with clients, design teams, internal staff, and subconsultants.
• Provide technical guidance to engineers and technicians.
• Monitor project performance and ensure QA/QC.
• Set up project accounting and budget tracking.
• Prepare invoices and ensure timely payments.
• Contribute to proposals and business development.
• Represent Dibble at industry events and conferences.
