Job summary

• BS in Engineering required or Civil preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare construction plans, specs, studies and reports.
• Lead and organize small teams of EITs, designers and drafters.
• Provide quality reviews of own work and of junior staff.
• Assist project manager with schedules and budgets.
• Attend and participate in client meetings.
• Assist in developing marketing proposals with technical approaches.
• Support construction administration including RFI responses and submittals.
• Suggest improvements to company practices and procedures.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
• Note: duties may be reassigned by management.
