Job summary

Dibble in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Project Engineer (Utilities) to design water and wastewater infrastructure, including wells, distribution, and storage tanks. You will prepare detailed drawings, contract documents, and perform hydraulic analysis and profile design.

You will lead small design teams, mentor CAD staff, ensure quality, and support proposals and construction administration. A PE in Arizona or ability to obtain within six months is required; a civil engineering degree and 4–6 years

Qualifications

Must have a B.S. degree in Engineering, Civil preferred.
PE registration in AZ or ability to obtain within six months.
4–6 years of relevant experience preferred.
Experience with hydraulic analysis and profile design is a plus.

Responsibilities

Prepare construction plans, technical specifications, technical studies and reports.
Lead and manage small teams of engineers and drafters.
Provide quality reviews of own work and of EITs/designers.
Assist project manager in preparing and managing project schedules and budgets.
Attend and participate in client meetings.
Assist in developing marketing proposals with technical understanding and approach.
Assist in construction administration of projects, including reviewing submittals and RFIs.
Represent the Company at industry events and conferences.
