Job summary

Bridor USA, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Project Manager – Utilities to lead utility scopes across capital projects from design through commissioning.

You will work with facility teams, vendors, and engineering partners to translate manufacturing needs into practical electrical, refrigeration, and mechanical solutions. The role requires 4–7 years of industrial utility project experience, an engineering degree, and willingness to travel up to 75% with relocation to the Dallas/Lancaster area

Qualifications

• Engineering degree with 4–7 years of relevant industrial utility and capital project experience.
• Experience delivering manufacturing utility projects with engineering partners, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams.
• Technical experience in electrical infrastructure, industrial refrigeration, or mechanical utility systems.
• Ability to evaluate engineering drawings, system layouts, and technical specifications.
• Experience managing schedules, costs, risks, and project commitments.
• Willingness to travel and relocate to Dallas/Lancaster as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead utility projects from scope development through installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Define utility requirements with Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, and process equipment teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and corporate standards.
• Coordinate utility systems within each project’s scope, including electrical infrastructure, refrigeration, boilers, steam, compressed air, and wastewater.
• Review engineering drawings, layouts, equipment specs, and supplier proposals.
• Guide partners, suppliers, and contractors to align technical decisions with project execution.
• Develop and manage schedules, budgets, milestones, and action plans.
• Identify risks, monitor costs, and manage scope changes to keep projects moving.
• Support equipment purchasing through technical evaluations and scope clarification.
• Coordinate testing and commissioning to verify performance requirements.
