The ideal candidate holds a Florida Professional Engineer license, a civil/environmental engineering degree, and at least five years in water/wastewater or utility projects, including project management responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical or Environmental Engineering.
• Professional Engineer license in Florida is required.
• Five years of water/wastewater engineering or utility project experience; two years as a supervisor or project manager.

Responsabilités

• Plan, coordinate, and direct utility system expansion projects.
• Manage consultants on scope development, design, construction, and warranty phases.
• Prepare reports, studies, and contract documents; review regulatory permits.
• Coordinate with state regulators and county departments for utilities projects.
