As a Lead User Researcher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's user research function by leading and executing research initiatives across the entire organization. Accountabilities:

• Own and lead user research initiatives across multiple teams, driving research projects that address key business challenges
• Establish and manage a comprehensive research practice, including creating a central repository for all research findings
• Develop processes for regular user feedback collection and ensure synthesis of insights across product, design, and development teams
• Translate research findings into actionable recommendations that directly inform product roadmaps and decision-making
• Lead mixed-methods research, using both qualitative and quantitative methodologies to evaluate user needs and validate product solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure research insights are incorporated into product development processes and that user-centric solutions are prioritized
  
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in planning, conducting, and synthesizing user research, with a proven track record of driving impactful research initiatives
• Strong expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methods, with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
• Experience in scaling research practices within organizations, with a portfolio that showcases high-impact research influencing product direction
• Proficiency in research tools such as UserInterviews.com, Maze.co, UserTesting.com, Lookback, Looker, and Qualtrics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings clearly to cross-functional stakeholders
• Bonus: Experience working in early-stage startups, complex consumer businesses, two-sided marketplaces, or B2B products
