As a Lead User Researcher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's user research function by leading and executing research initiatives across the entire organization. Accountabilities:

Own and lead user research initiatives across multiple teams, driving research projects that address key business challenges
Establish and manage a comprehensive research practice, including creating a central repository for all research findings
Develop processes for regular user feedback collection and ensure synthesis of insights across product, design, and development teams
Translate research findings into actionable recommendations that directly inform product roadmaps and decision-making
Lead mixed-methods research, using both qualitative and quantitative methodologies to evaluate user needs and validate product solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure research insights are incorporated into product development processes and that user-centric solutions are prioritized

Requirements

5+ years of experience in planning, conducting, and synthesizing user research, with a proven track record of driving impactful research initiatives
Strong expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methods, with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
Experience in scaling research practices within organizations, with a portfolio that showcases high-impact research influencing product direction
Proficiency in research tools such as UserInterviews.com, Maze.co, UserTesting.com, Lookback, Looker, and Qualtrics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings clearly to cross-functional stakeholders
Bonus: Experience working in early-stage startups, complex consumer businesses, two-sided marketplaces, or B2B products
