ConvenientMD LLC is seeking an Advanced Practitioner Provider (APP) Lead to deliver patient-centered urgent care in Hudson, MA. The role emphasizes clinical leadership, mentorship of new-graduate providers, and collaboration with clinic staff to optimize patient outcomes.

The position requires PA or NP certification, a DEA license, and BLS; prior emergency medicine or urgent care experience is preferred. Flexible pay with productivity incentives accompanies the base pay range.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and PA/NP certification.
• DEA license with no restrictions.
• BLS certification required (not CPR/ACLS online).
• Clinical experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, or ambulatory care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care with comprehensive assessments and follow-up.
• Maintain complete, accurate medical records and EMR documentation.
• Ensure compliance with infection-control policies and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with clinic staff to coordinate patient care and dispositions.
• Serve as clinic lead and mentor to new grads and staff.
