ConvenientMD LLC in Hudson, MA seeks a Lead Advanced Practitioner Provider (PA/NP) to lead clinical staff in our urgent care clinic, mentor new-grad providers, and deliver high-quality patient care. The role emphasizes collaboration, mentorship, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.

Hourly pay range is $68–$85 USD, with a productivity-based incentive program and strong benefits. A DEA license and BLS are required, plus a master’s degree and PA/NP certification.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and PA/NP certification.
• Must have and maintain a DEA license.
• BLS certification required by American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Clinical experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, or ambulatory care is preferred.
• Strong leadership and mentorship experience.
• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
• Proficiency with EMR and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of HIPAA/OSHA and applicable regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care including health assessments and exams.
• Order/interpret diagnostic tests and manage results.
• Administer injections, immunizations, wound care.
• Educate and counsel patients on health and wellness.
• Maintain accurate medical records per policies (EMR).
• Precept and mentor new-graduate providers and clinic staff.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to plan patient dispositions.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and workshops.
