Job summary

ConvenientMD LLC seeks a experienced Physician Assistant to join our Sanford urgent care clinic as Lead Provider. You will mentor staff, provide high-quality patient care, and lead clinical operations in a collaborative environment.

Ideal candidates hold a PA certification, DEA license, and BLS. The role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and adherence to HIPAA/OSHA requirements within an urgent care setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physician Assistant studies and PA certification.
• DEA license with no restrictions.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or Red Cross.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care including health assessments, exams, and medical history reviews.
• Mentor and lead clinical staff, including new-grad providers and allied professionals.
• Maintain comprehensive and compliant medical records using EMR.
• Collaborate with team to ensure efficient patient care and coordinated dispositions.
• Lead in-provider mentorship when Practice Manager is absent.
