Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field and PA certification.
• DEA license with no restrictions.
• BLS certification required (AHA or Red Cross).
• Clinical experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, or ambulatory care preferred.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills for supervising staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical staff and mentor new-grad providers in the clinic.
• Provide patient-centered care with thorough assessments and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and comply with policies.
• Collaborate with team to coordinate efficient patient dispositions.
• Act as clinic leader in the absence of the Practice Manager.
