Job summary

MainStreet Family Care in Kinston, NC is hiring a full-time Physician Assistant to join our fast-paced urgent care team. You will provide patient-centered care across ages, with comprehensive onboarding and on-site training to help you succeed.

Our program supports new grads, with a strong emphasis on leadership and clinical decision-making, including telemedicine and occupational medicine services. You will be part of a supportive, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• PA board certification is required.
• MSN or higher degree; new grads welcome.
• DOT certification or willingness to obtain (company covers cost).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with EMR and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care for patients within your scope in urgent care.
• Diagnose and treat common illnesses and perform minor procedures.
• Suturing, splinting, and general orthopedic evaluations.
• Review X-rays with radiologist over-read when needed.
• Provide occupational medicine and telemedicine services.
