MainStreet Family Care in North Carolina seeks a full-time Physician Assistant to join our growing urgent care team. You will provide patient-focused care across urgent and primary care, telemedicine, and occupational medicine while leading a small team in a high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• PA Board Certification required.
• MSN or higher education required.
• DOT certification preferred or willing to obtain (company covers cost).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with EMR and Microsoft Office suite preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat patients within PA scope of practice.
• Perform minor procedures (e.g., nail removal, foreign object removal).
• Suturing and splinting as needed.
• General orthopedic evaluations and management.
• Review x-rays with radiologist over-read when needed.
• Provide general dermatology and eye care.
• Interpret general EKGs and manage emergencies.
• GYN care and care for children of all ages.
• Occupational medicine and telemedicine services.
