Millington Health Care Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to supervise the delivery of care for residents on the assigned unit. The role involves assessing resident needs, developing care plans, administering and evaluating care, and supervising CNAs and other staff in nursing care delivery.

The position emphasizes teamwork, patient comfort, and adherence to facility policies. Strong leadership, documentation, and communication skills are essential to ensure high-quality resident

Qualificações

• Registered Nurse with current state license.
• Excellent technical, assessment and documentation skills.
• Good leadership qualities.
• Organized and detailed in work performance.
• Good communication skills with excellent self-discipline and patience.
• Genuine caring for and interest in elderly and disabled people in a nursing facility.
• Comply with the Residents’ Rights and Facility Policies and Procedures.
• Perform work tasks within the physical demand requirements as outlined below.
• Perform Essential Duties as outlined above.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise nursing personnel assigned to the Unit.
• Implement care plans and administer nursing care per physician’s orders.
• Attend therapy meetings and collaborate with therapy and nursing staff.
• Complete assessments at admission and discharge from unit.
• Document services rendered for billing and charting accuracy.
