Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Lead UniData Software Support Engineer to join the Software Engineering Quick Response Team. This remote role supports Ferguson's UniData/UniBasic ERP platform, Trilogie, and collaborates with multiple teams to ensure stability and performance across a large enterprise environment.

Qualifications

Experience supporting UniData/UniBasic applications in enterprise environments.
Ability to perform root cause analysis and drive issue resolution across teams.
Experience supporting applications that use APIs and web services.

Responsibilities

Develop deep understanding of Trilogie ERP platform.
Monitor system health and investigate production incidents.
Serve as senior escalation point for complex issues.
Investigate root causes and manage resolutions across teams.
Collaborate with engineering to improve reliability and performance.
Answer inquiries from support teams and users.
Ensure data issues are resolved following ITIL processes.
Participate in after-hours support for incidents.
Review code changes for production impact and supportability.
Document findings and share knowledge with teammates.
Improve monitoring and support processes.
