Job summary

Kisinger Campo & Associates, Corp, is seeking a certified commercial diver to join our bridge inspection team as an underwater and topside inspection Team Leader. This role blends field diving with office coordination to inspect bridges and related structures.

The position requires NBIS qualification and leadership skills to mentor teams. It supports a 40-hour workweek (60% field, 40% office) with some overtime and travel as needed, emphasizing safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Active Florida CBI or eligibility to receive one.
• Commercial Diver Certification (ADCI).
• NBIS qualified inspection team leader.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and motivate teams.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to pass background check and MVR checks.
• Ability to pass 'Fit to Dive' Physical exams and a safety-focused mindset.
