Ansco & Associates, LLC is hiring a Foreman for our Telecom Underground team in Atlanta. You will lead crews, read blueprints, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time project execution.

Responsibilities include crew training, coordinating with the supervisor, and communicating with property owners about work scopes and issues. Must comply with OSHA and DOT regulations and operate related equipment as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States for this company.
• Valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, with related experience.
• At least three years of related work experience.
• Previous Foreman experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Assist with training of crew members.
• Read and understand blueprints.
• Help ensure everyone is following safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
• Assist Supervisor with day to day activities.
• Speak with property owners about work to be performed and resolve any issues.
• Safely use heavy equipment and machinery.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
