Job summary

FALL CREEK FARM & NURSERY in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Supervisor Telecom Construction Underground to oversee field crews, ensure projects meet customer and industry specifications, and maintain safety and productivity on every task.

You will provide on-the-job training, assign daily production, track materials, review reports, and verify data for accurate billing while supporting a DOT-compliant operation and coordinating with subcontractors as needed. Travel to job sites will be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in Telecommunications industry.
• Leadership and training skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Microsoft Office and G-Suite knowledge.
• Must be able to pass background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all operations to ensure construction work meets customer and industry specifications.
• Provide on-the-job training for safety and productivity.
• Assign daily production to in-house and subcontract crews.
• Assign and track materials needed for the daily operations.
• Perform audits of construction operations to ensure compliance and safety.
• Resolve complaints with property owners in project areas.
• Review daily production reports, material usage sheets, and record work hours.
• Travel as required to maintain projects.
