Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supervising underground crew in electric distribution projects.
• Willing to travel long distances on short notice.
• CDL required and demonstrated safe driving.

Responsibilities

• Supervise crew members during underground construction and repair work.
• Lead and train lower skilled employees in safe procedures.
• Coordinate and inspect crew work, ensuring compliance with safety rules.
• Conduct pre-job briefings and ensure proper PPE usage.
• Identify and classify voltage, test grounding and ensure safe operation.
